Business process automation
If someone on your team spends hours a week on something always done the same way — entering data by hand, building the same report every month, copying information from one system to another — that can be automated. It is not a huge project: it almost always starts with one concrete task and grows from there.
Book a meetingWhat we automate
- Data entry and migration between systems that currently do not talk to each other.
- Automatic generation and delivery of recurring reports.
- Automatic alerts by email, WhatsApp or Telegram when something needs attention.
- Validations and checks that today depend on a person not forgetting.
When it is worth it
- When the same information is entered more than once, in more than one place.
- When manual entry errors have already cost money or rework time.
- When the team grows and the answer is hiring more people for admin tasks.
How we approach it
First we measure: how many hours go into it, where the errors happen and which steps are actually necessary. Often the first finding is that some steps can be removed before automating anything. Then we build, starting with the highest-impact process.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
Not necessarily. We usually work with what you already have, connecting the existing systems. We only propose replacing something when keeping it costs more than changing it.
How do I know automation is worth it for me?
The practical rule: if a task repeats identically and takes several hours a month, it almost always pays for itself. In the first meeting we estimate the hours that would be freed up.
What if the process changes later?
It gets adjusted. That is why we hand over the code and document how it works: company processes change and the automation has to be able to follow.
