This policy explains what personal data we collect through scripthouse.com.ar, for what purpose, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is scriptHouse, based in San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to us at scripthousehq@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We only collect data you give us voluntarily through one of the forms on the site.
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
- Meeting request: name, the date and time you choose, and the language you were browsing the site in.
- Job application form: full name, email address, phone number, the CV you attach and the language you were browsing the site in.
- Usage statistics: aggregated browsing metrics (page views, traffic source, device type). We use no tracking cookies and no third-party services for this: the statistics run on our own server.
What we use it for
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, arrange the meeting you requested and follow up on that contact. If you apply for an open position, your details and CV are used solely to evaluate that application. We do not use it for any other purpose, we do not build profiles from it, and we neither sell it nor share it with third parties for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is shared only with the services we need in order to operate:
- Telegram: when you submit a form, we receive an internal notification through Telegram so we can reply quickly. That notification includes the data you entered.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to confirm a meeting over WhatsApp, you are the one starting the conversation from your own account, and that service’s terms apply.
- Infrastructure provider: the site and the database run on our own server hosted in a third-party data centre, which acts solely as a hosting provider.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and meeting requests for as long as we are handling the enquiry and, if it turns into a project, for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable legal retention periods. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We store only your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser’s local storage; it never leaves your device and does not let us identify you.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if inaccurate, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, write to scripthousehq@gmail.com; we answer within the deadlines set by the applicable regulations.
In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority for personal data protection, and you may lodge a complaint with it if you believe we have not handled your request properly.
Changes to this policy
If we change the way we handle data, we update this page along with the last-modified date shown above.
